We have a minimum of 30 people for an onsite medical check up.

For cancellation one month before the scheduled check up, you may get 95% refund. If you cancel 2 weeks before the scheduled check-up, you may get 60% refund. 

Yes, to reschedule, please do so at least one week in advance or when we confirm your schedule by phone. You can contact us through email at Hello@soontik.com or by phone at _____ for a new schedule. 

Yes, but please contact us immediately through email at Hello@soontik.com or by phone at _____. Please note that we have a cancellation policy. You may cancel your orders one month before the scheduled check up with 95% refund, and 60% refund if you cancel 2 weeks within the scheduled check up.  

If you have paid the total price, the remaining amount can be kept as credit. If you have paid the down payment only, we will subtract the remaining amount from the total.

Yes, but please let us know at least one week before the check up. We will adjust the payment total accordingly.

Our team will arrive according to schedule. Depending on where your onsite medical check-up will be, our travel time may vary but we will send our nearest available team to be present at the appointed time. 

A typical basic check up might take around 30-45 minutes per person including a short physical interview with a doctor. 

Yes. Please log in to your account which will be under the existing PIC, and change your PIC through the account profile. 

You can pay via MIDTRANS or Bank Transfer. We will provide the instructions on the payment screen. We do require that you pay a minimum of the set down payment before setting up a schedule. However, you may also pay the full amount directly.

You will need an account to make an order. If you dont have one yet, please register your company under Member Loginand fill in your company information and employee information for your check up. If you have an existing account, please log in to place your order.
